My Conversation With Troy Lowman Ceo Of

I had called before the bell and got no answer and wasn't in a position to leave a message due to a call coming in on my line. I didn't leave a message but, Troy did returned my call just a few hours later at 11:47am. We spoke for about 15 mins and reviewed everything that has been said here and posted. Below is what was confirmed;

-Confirmed that he wasn't shorting the stock nor diluting it.

-Confirmed no R/S needed nor coming.

-Confirmed we are in media and are Media everything from television commercials to radio to music and much more. We are Entertainment.

-Confirmed his plans about up listing and will state in a pr that he wants to take SNMN to the big boards. First step he is going to take is get us to the OTCQB (Please note stock must maintain a minimum of .01 bid to be in the OTCQB Tier)

-Confirmed SNMN is going to be the company going forward at this time, Metaphor Entertainment Company will probably become a subsidiary of the SNMN based on what he said.

-Confirmed Share structure will be released in the first news release or filings that are coming out no later than the April 20th. His Words "Very reasonable share structure"

-He reiterated to me that he wants the public to know he was a stockbroker and always crosses every T and dots every I before he releases or files anything.

-Confirmed that there will be plenty of Audited filings in the near future.

-Confirmed we will have Constant social media access to him and the company. Sounded like he is big into social media and does have over 3200 friends on just FB alone.

He stated "He believes every investor will be happy with the direction the company is heading!" He also encourages anyone to call him with any questions he can answer. He never gave me any information that wasn't public already and he sounded very enthusiastic about getting us share holders news.
