Here is a link for insider transactions. Look at Verges' salary. It is not very much comparitively speaking. Knowing this, his future wealth depends on this company's stock. It is in his best interest for the price to go up. There is always someone who will dispute fact, thoughts, beliefs, or opinions. The bottom line time will only tell. The market is a gamble and there are no sure things. You got to go with your gut. I am a police officer and have had to rely on gut insticts. Sometimes this is the only way you can stay alive. If you are unsatisfied with the company, put the pressure on Lutz. That is his job. They work for us!!!!!!!!!!! I encourage all shareholders to call and hold all employees of NMKT accountable. I am holding heavy and looking to buy more.
