ISBG sees a unique opportunity within the Wine & Spirit industry. Growth continues to develop almost solely via acquisition. Rather then engage in meaningful R&D, the main industry players simply wait until an independent entrepreneur places a brand on its radar. The historical metrics are clear, annual case sales of approximately 25,000 - 50,000 cases (9L) for a spirit brand (50,000 - 100,000 cases (9L) for a wine brand) places one soundly on the radar. Very few, if any, spirit brands surpass 100,000 cases (9L) without eventual acquisition, with an average take out valuation equal to $1,000 / per case (9L). We believe within this ongoing circle is a clear and exciting opportunity. ISBG aims to fulfill a unique void in the marketplace, as an industry brand incubator. From creating in-house brands, to acquiring up and coming brands with unrealized potential, ISBG will create a platform within the industry born out of both opportunity and necessity.
