What I know is TD at the M sands is Monday - 13,500 feet
Management will be on site for the occasion, no doubt ready to celebrate if oil is found. And issue a PR Mon or Tue with the results of the drilling, as they have stated weekly updates to us. I am assuming they will wait until the 13,500 foot mark to PR the results. And they probably have a PR ready to go in the event of striking oil. Whether this happens during market hours, or in AH no one knows yet. It could even be Tue. Just the fact that they will be there when the M sands are hit shows to me they're as excited about the results as we are.
As far as me bashing last week I wasn't. I simply predicted, more or less correctly, we'd stay in the 6-8 cent channel until news of substance came out, and pointed out the fact that I thought a 'run into the teens in anticipation' - which many called for last week - was a 'pumpfluff'. Now that the news is due Mon or Tue we're ready for a little run, but I think most are already in position so if heavy buying doesn't occur Monday I'll be waiting for the MM to take it lower and perhaps pick up a few more as the MM's try to shake out weak hands before the PR...many may see a lower price as indicative to no oil and sell out, but it's all the little game the MM's play! We won't know it there's oil or not until the PR! Monday or Tuesday...the PR we've all been waiting for!
