Well nothing really as the end result is GDSI if the deal goes on owns Rontan whether through a RTM or just an Acquisition.
But as I have shown knownbrave insists this is a RTM but by definition is purely is not and is a direct acquisition attempt by GDSI . No where is it shown that NASVC is the acquiring company and in fact is never mentioned in any of the filings pertaining to the deal period so?

There is actually no type of merger at all just strictly an acquisition of another company
