To all, we should attempt to work together in getting our rightful 85% of the LTW award. I have been hopeful we would have heard of some of the larger holders litigating this for us, but they have been silent.

Philipmax & Linda what are your thoughts? Should we work together in a well structured letter that we can all send giving the shares we each had. My shares have been removed from my account a year ago, but still have all the records.

We could see if someone that understands the case like Art Stienburg may be interested in class action litigation?

I do not feel JPM will just start sending out checks without a fight. I feel it would be a fairly easy win, but how do we start?

I think for start we could work together and create a letter with facts that could prove to JPM we each have a claim. We could cc the FDIC or DOJ to keep them in the loop? I am open to helping in any thing we decide to do as a group.

If anyone knows of any large group that is already working the litigation for us please come foreword.
