Popt: Yep. It happened. The onus is on you to prove it didn't happen as the SEC accepted it and what we all saw took place. That being, the CCRA/NHMD reverse merger did take place w/ an unregistered shell.

The CCRA shell terminated it's registration w/ the SEC three years before it reverse merged w/ NHMD. Do you deny that fact?
