What a load of BS. Ever heard of the fact that most of these 8Ks ARE the same, because the SEC has a wizard that allows you to put stuff in and generate one? In addition, there are commercial companies that sell you sample 8K templates? In addition that most lawyers/CFOs know what an 8K is and that it is pretty standard and ALL 8Ks have 25% of the same boiler plate? Does that mean they were "lifted off the Internet"???
