I'll have to disagree and will back CP in this case, because it was told at NYAS as Dr. Brekken CONFIRMED the results were yes, better than initially reported.

Did they lie about the initial results? NO.... but since it was part of sabotage and just for that time being they had to file with the SEC to begin phase III Sunrise and the quickest way at that time was combine the two arms (Docetaxel+Placebo and the Docetaxel + 1mg Bavi ) vs the 3mg Bavituximab + Docetaxel arm

60% MOS improvement between this 3mg Bavi +Doce arm vs the combined other arms (part of the sabotage ...) would have been MUCH higher and again, this was CONFIRMED by Dr. Brekken at NYAS as he glanced to the back room looking for the LEGAL ok to publicly say so
