"BAY CITY, MI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 07/06/06 -- Michigan Gold Mining Investments Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MGGV) will be rescheduling the conference call originally scheduled for today July 6, 2006. Management would like to discuss the aspects of the Anita Property geological reports and preliminary results.
Ben Fuschino, President, Michigan Gold Mining Investments stated, "Further details concerning this scheduled event, including the necessary investor conference call access numbers, are to be released at a later date." In the interim, the process of defining mineral reserves in the Anita Mine is underway and Michigan Gold anticipates issuing further news during the month of July which will be intended to update investors when its Geologist's geological report is completed."

MY OPINION...

sounds suspiciously like someone is trying to "pass the buck!"
this CEO doesn't read the PR'S before they go out? especially one that has "HISTORIC, SIGNIFICANT, MILESTONE EVENT" in it? pleeeze!

i don't know how anyone can spin this...if he had problems with the wording...why didn't he have it changed before the PR hit the press????? because he DIDN'T READ IT!!!! BAD MOVE!

MY OPINION...

"WE HOPE."!!! this tells me that he had no idea what the geo. report on the anita mine was prior to 6/6 pr. featuring the "almighty"..."historic, significant, milestone event". then comes 6/28 scheduled CC...still no idea! CC rescheduled to 7/06. was he really in europe brokering a deal? or moving things around in his office so he could hide under his desk? sad thing is he let the "folly" continue.

7/06 rolls around and..low and behold...CC rescheduled AGAIN! still no idea of what's in that, only HOPE for MGGV, geo. report on anita mine. supposed to come anyday...2 weeks ago! see how things have gotten WAYYYY outta control.

we have no idea what's in that geo. report on the anita mine or when it will be available. with the remark in his last email "WE HOPE" says he never knew either! so things revert back to before the 6/6 PR...NOTHING NEW...JUST MISINFORMATION BEING PRESENTED TO THE WORLD IN A WAY THAT COST US ALL ALOT OF MONEY!

this CEO let that "historic, significan, milestone event" fester out here like an infected boil! well.. that boil has burst..just like the share price of MGGV and poisoned all who touched it.

i'm sure alot of investors bought MGGV on that 6/6 PR alone...then bought the dips...knowing GREAT NEWS WAS COMING SOON! THAT'S WHEN MGGV WAS SELLING FOR 0.20 PER SHARE. NOW @ 0.036...82% PLUNGE!

IN REFERENCE TO THE WORDS...HOPE..WISH & GAMBLE... I'LL.. GAMBLE MY OWN MONEY... I.. WISH MGGV's CEO DIDN'T.. GAMBLE MY MONEY ON THAT ILL FATED PR... I.. HOPE I LEARNED MY LESSON!

i bolted yesterday based of his answer to question #5..about the anita mine.
"I cannot predict how the geologist's report will work out butI hope it is excellent. We are eagerly anticipating it."

there's that word again...HOPE!!!!

i didn't like that he chose to hold info. for 3 weeks before announcing it...i posted my views then...got bashed ..heavily!
then when the CC was rescheduled i knew something was awry and posted my views on this...again got bashed heavily. then when the CC was re-recheduled...i was all but, positive things are not what they seem...posted my views on that...got creamed..somemore!

I FEEL FULLY VINDICATED ON POSTING MY VIEWS ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE SET OF EVENTS AND THE HAND THEY PLAYED IN MGGV's STOCK PRICE PLUMMETING TO SUCH A LOW PRICE.

WE'LL NEVER KNOW IF THIS WAS DONE ON PURPOSE, I DON'T THINK SO, CEO ISN'T THAT SMART. I THINK HE IS JUST PLAIN AND SIMPLY...INEPT!

I WON'T SPREAD ANY BAD NEWS ABOUT MGGV BECAUSE THAT WOULD BE PETTY AND IMMORAL.
