Sickest part of fiasco back then it was briscoe himself who destroyed the run- up by committing stock fraud, he cheated the very people who he asked to help him. That is the kind of trash briscoe is and his bagholders who trusted him now sit at 99% loss while briscoe never put a sinle cent of his own money at risk. He really had nothing to lose by cheating people out of their money, if he got away with it he would be celebrating, if he got sued, he had nothing at-risk himself, so nothing to lose there too. This guy is a real POS.
