Approvals are, in so many cases, such letdowns and I think .90c is VERY optimistic. Of course I always like when you are right, but in this case I would be hesitant to consider your estimate. I would state the obvious - this approval has been in the works for so long, who CAN fathom the right estimate? All forces will be working against the positives on the day $ELTP receives approval - for such an important endeavor it can be difficult to see how blue skies can get chem-trailed.
