Im not sure what to think. Historically when a pharm company does a RS, the stock will pop, then drop. Look at AEZS, they reversed to $4 a share than ran to almost $12 on no news at all.

Historically with GBSN, the do reverse splits, then the stock drops like a rock and massive dilution begins.

The only thing that make me somewhat bullish for a minute is there 2 FDA approvals. No one really bought the stock on the initial FDA announcements because of the reverse split share holder meeting. If they didn't have the reverse split and the pressure to come into compliance, I think the stock would already be trading at over $1

The other scary thing is that even after the RS they still need to have a meeting to solidify there position on the big board. I don't understand that
