IF this is such a scam why is there no volume. If this was a scam you would see multi thousands of shares being dumped do we see that no. If you did your research you would see that there is a settlement done according to the NY court website. Mind you this is taking awhile and I am a forever optimist. If you dont like the story move on be gone unless you are a shorty and your b*&^ is starting to pucker as you will have to cover thats the risk of a shorty the longs will prevail...
