Dew,

Any reason why Pharming and GTCB wouldn't merge? I understand that GTCB may want an amount that Pharming wouldn't or doesn't want to pay, however, one would think a bigger company (Pharming + GTCB) would be able to have cheaper capital funding costs, as well as, some good synergies in the corporate offices (eliminate some of the duplicate costs). I guess I'm on the side of being as efficient as possible and why not put two companies together that would make each other stronger. Not hoping or thinking such a thing will happen.
