Can anybody tell me what the heck is going on.

After the buyback I had 306,000 shares left from the 90%debenture and 34,000 for the 10% free trading which has been stated as such since Jun 15th

All of a sudden today I see this in my so called debenture account

Cash 5411763 PEARL ASIAN MNG INDS INC DUE 06/15/2011 306.0000 306.0000 0.000

They are trying to tell me that it was converted @.001. I told them it wasn't to be converted until I wanted it to be. They just went ahead and did it without my consent. And if it was converted I should of been left with 30,600 shares not 306. Correct?
