The options are a ruse to make it appear as if they have some real skin in the game, which they most certainly do not. If they get lucky, they collect on the options. If the more likely scenario happens with this crew in charge, they just keep cashing their ever increasing pay checks no matter what the stock price plummets to. Nice gig.
