I agree, to an extent...A successful conclusion of the lawsuit/s will certainly raise the pps as well. I believe we'll soon be getting some "oil news". Here's a tidbit from Adam Barnett about his recent trip.

"The trip had nothing to do with the litigations. It had to do with the potential merger, meeting with new investors and new oil and gas venture possibilities."

I like the sound of that and hope we soon hear much more detail from Adam.
