its otc. not all of em are scams. if it was really a scam you wouldnt have even got through to anyone. otc companys are small. also as of when they signed the deal shom is not shom anymore. otc stocks are inherently risky its the name of the game if your looking for a safe investment try google or something lol. Sarvis said on march 7th that news would come withing 3 weeks or less, guess what he was right and news came in less than 3 weeks. There is no reason to doubt him now. imo
