Coin, I think you are right on the money, that is my understanding as well. The technical team is basically coming up with the list of tasks and how they should be performed by NREL or Fraunhofer and they will get the desired low twenties efficiencies. And from what I was told the turn around with whomever they decide to use is pretty quick! Like Coin said, the lions share is done!
