The 10k's are diluting, they have been since the last reverse split. There will be 10 billion outstanding before the convertibles are paid. We are hopefully getting close to clearing that out. My rough math says we might have another 500m to 1b shares to snatch up before the dump ends and this thing can move. Just my opinion, I'm no expert.
