rockie, Ask yourself this one Question:

WHY, Did the HF's put so much effort to do an almost (never allowed) thing?

The HF's MADE SURE that the Pref. Shares ARE ALLOWED TO BE PAID MORE, YES MORE THAN FACE VALUE ??

MAYBE...... THEY KNOW what is going on!

That is why I think they did it.
No other reason makes ANY sense.
