Sound familiar?

'After months of speculation and Wall Street tremulance, Chelsea Therapeutics finally got its buyout deal: Lundbeck has agreed to pick up the biotech for as much as $658 million, provided its banner drug can come through on the sales front.'

And for the Imsc investors who think there is too much debt for a company to acquire Imsc?

'In the earnings announcement, Lundbeck warned investors that "this year will be a period with an unusual number of variables," including product launches and continued sales erosion due to generic competition. Now, with the addition of Chelsea, the company has another variable to consider--the less-than-certain outlook for Northera'.

So lundbeck knows there is risk and it's not a slam dunk to riches for the company. They are not quite sure of the sales pipeline for the drug?! Sound familiar from the short sellers. Imsc has what big defense companies want and they will pay to get it.

Short IMSC at your own peril.....I'm hoping lil missy sells the farm to short more though.
