I know that most here agree with me right now...

Bill Delgado wasn't even giving all his time to MYEC... It was a part time director position... And early Form 10s showed salaries of all directors and didn't show any for Bill...

Those are the facts...

There's also the gap of time between the 25,000,000 share award and his "dismissal for cause"...

Any reasonable person would agree that the $400,000 award is NOT NORMAL...
