MYEC ex-director dismissed "for cause" but awarded 25,000,000 shares... It's unclear how much he was being paid per year.... But that $400,000 worth of shares is likely, at least, 4 years worth of salary... At the very least...

And he didn't even need to get lawyers involved...

Go figure!

Just like Sierra Global was given 400,000,000 shares to settle a $28,000 debt... Those shares were worth millions of dollars at the time...

Ed issues a totally misleading PR saying he retired 1 billion shares on that same day where he issued 400,000,000 shares to Sierra Global to settle a $28,000 debt.

Ps. Sierra Global is MYEC's top client. But Ed doesn't know what they do...

Ed says a note converted this week. The TA claims that the OS share count has not changed...

Ed has PR'd over 24 customers over the past 3 years... Still no revenues
