I talked to her a few weeks ago- I haven't reached out recently as I'm just really busy and I don't expect to know more until a few more weeks. They have to get all their filings done so Marilu is swamped. She had reassured me over and over that she has no intention of shareholders losing their investment and it's just complicated but things are progressing very well. She seems sincere. Her product is awesome. I honestly doubt that she wants to tarnish her image with emotion apparel by screwing people over. Let's just wait and see where we are next month at this time. I will continue to keep my faith until I'm proven wrong. Don't think I am on this one. Marilu is great. You aren't going to know anything for another few week so concentrate on other stocks. There are quite a few right now in play that you could flip for an uptick or two
