thealias, hostile take-overs NEVER benefit share holders.

It always means someone wants to acquire for less then the real value, incl. potential, what the shareholders sponsored and invested in.

What was not under dispute was the opinion. I don't agree with it but as I said everyone is entitled to his/her opinion.
