Then the rest of your post that is OPINION. NO MATTER ON HOW THE POISON PILL IS ADMINISTERED (to put it in your terms) the effect of this administration will ALWAYS stay within the guidelines of the PPHM Shareholders Protection plan, namely protect the shareholders from seeing their investment vanish for breadcrumbs because a hostile party want to acquire it for its PPS + premium rather then for the real potential value PPHM holds with it's IP, Pipelines, Manufacturing, collaborations, etc.

So I ask you again, do you have an EXPLICIT example of what the poison pill can achieve besides what I posted and pls something in facts not what in your opinion it can do but cannot in reality.
