Itis frquently taking 10 seconds, or longer, to load a Stochcharts screen I consider unacceptable. The performance has been getting worse over the last few weeks. It's a great analysis tool but the performance has a lot to be desired for short term trading.

Is this normal for stockcharts?...I am a new user.

I'm on cable and do not have this problem with E-gate or E-trade.
