my contact called me after close today just to get a feel for Gary's email today, told him nice but we really need some dates. Agreed but this was one of the delays since the 30 million shares are going to this no-profit and tax concerns had to be all ironed out, now that this is done to everyones satisfaction, things should be progressing quicker than they have been. So just said thanks keep me in the loop when u can. So hopefully the 8Ks/Prs can start next week sometime on the funding or share exchange or both, QLTS life changer of 2016
