This is a publicly traded company. If this Wilkerson guy was serious at all about being a legitimate one, the purchase price would have been disclosed long ago along with any change in control. He would also file a form 10 or S-1 and re-register the stock with the SEC and become a reporting stock... Looks like that's not going to happen and this is the same ole penny stock scam it always has been... Nobody will take this stock seriously unless the file with the SEC.
