What did he pay? And what assets... All GRLT has is a pile of toxic debt. Why would a legitimate business man what to get involved with this non-reporting scam stock? Any profits from these restaurants would be sucked up into the black hole that is GRLT...

The story portrayed doesn't make any sense... And sounds like a con.
