It takes a long time to prosecute a law suit. If you are invested in OMOG primarily on the basis of the law suit (I am) you must be prepared to hold OMOG for a long time. If it takes two years to double we will have done better than most stocks. Not many stocks double in a year or two or three. Meanwhile, OMOG has been as stable as any Oil stock.

As for Barnett's lockup agreement, it is not any better than its enforcement. What would be the enforcement mechanism? A sharehold lawsuit should he sell early. I doubt any shareholder would sue him if he sells early. So the Lock-up agreement is only as good as Barnett's word. I take him at his word and accept it as a strong affirmation and commitment to the company and its shareholders. One might also read into this commitment that he does not expect the lawsuit to end in the next year. As doremefas would say, "Let it Be."
