Ok. But you need to understand that I've been speaking with him for a long time and feel I know him pretty well. Unfortunately he's all talk and no action. Yes, he's frustrated but yet when I ask him about the demand letter for the twentieth time he says he's working on it. If he was serious this letter would have been done weeks ago.
