You know how ironic .. Industrial finishes has 3x the annual sales of that company. It trades at a dollar went Public at $6.00 a share 33 mil in sales. Growing a measly 10 % no wonder they need to get into another segment. Unfortunately doesn't look like they have much experience selling coatings.. Let alone any type of competitive product.
