The primary point is we need to increase our expectations with this team now. There needs to be accountability in this process. They have the entire picture. They need to make the correct strategic moves to ensure they bring the highest value. For all we know Astra Zeneca wanted an exclusive arrangement and was willing to pay for it with more than drug availability. Did they refuse that arrangement? That is a possibility. If the data is not there yet they need to control costs until they get the data they need to ink a deal. They cannot continue down this same path of independence and under-performance. And if they do there needs to be a complete restructuring of this company to meet their responsibilities. We need to hold them to their fiduciary responsibilities. Its our inherent right. I believe they will make the correct moves. Raise expectations. Trust but verify.
