Yes the mgmt. is an issue and the bod a bigger one, but if bavi worked people would overlook that. The PII results are dismissed at this point. They were questionable for many reasons in the first place (trial size etc.) and now that the PIII failed and pphm has stopped all bavi/chemo it matters not. Now pphm needs a successful trial to have anyone step up with significant cash - oh wait they have no trials. Can you imagine going to Sr. Mgmt and bod and saying "we want to invest/acquire pphm .... yes, the company with the botched PII, failed PIII, weak mgmt. and sleazy penny stock bod" talk about a career ender!
