I think the value, worth, pros and cons of trade deals is the point of the thread .. which started here ..

Still unconvinced about the TPP? Unsure that NAFTA was awful? This just happened.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=119653399 ..

"The point of this thread is that Krugman specifically called out Trump and Bernie even though Hillary has the exact same positions. "

arizona, i've read Krugman's again, and as i thought it looks it wasn't Krugman who did what you said there
, more it was simply the heading of Alison Schrager's from Quartz .. they are both linked in this one ..

I'm don't know if Schrager was responsible for the heading (not sure if the author always creates the heading) .. anyway, we've dealt with that heading.

Agree, it was your original question, yet as far as i understand that doesn't change the point of the thread. Maybe
i should stand corrected on that? If so .. lol .. that would be good, too, as i will have learned something more.

Just to make sure you understand my position on trade deals. It has evolved over past times from one solidly against them, as you and Bernie and others here seem to still be, to one more like Krugman's who is lukewarm on the TPP, and whose position, i think, is that the economic globalization phenomenon is more responsible for job losses in so-called advanced western countries than the myriad trade deals over years have been. That's why my posts still include posts with for and against debate of the TPP, NAFTA .. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=121190451 .. et al.

Another old Quartz one coming up soon .. :).
