Welcome. Thanks for taking time to answer questions from your investors in the middle of the night. Couple of questions

1. I heard that you (representing our company) are buying shares in the market to reduce the float. This is a good thing. Approx how many you managed buy (and reduce the float) since last week?

2. Approximately how many employees do we currently have in all our JV and subsidiaries? and how many you are forecasting to hire for next 6 to 12 months?
