Mr. Harris, can you answer a quick question once an for all for those bashers that are sure to question us tomorrow?

In the 8-K and the PR the 2nd option said:
To pay each shareholder that options out an amount in cash equal to $15.00 minus the Actual Average Closing Price.

Does the word shareholder refer to current FHAL shareholders (provided we hold the shares through the merger)? Thank you.
