Mr. Richard Shykora, known as Rick serves as the Secretary, Treasurer, and Chairman of Compass Biotechnologies Inc. Mr. Shykora has been directly involved with a wide variety of public companies involved in a diverse range of industry sectors and with consulting firms specializing in services for public companies. These services have included investor relations, public relations and corporate governance capacities.
