My concern is that once the stock grows above the $3-$4 range, the volume will drop and we will all be holding and hoping. Nothing is set in stone with this new company. The only ones that are definately going to benefit from this merger, according to the sole PR, are the original shareholders of CVSU. Regardless of the price of the stock on the 28th, they are getting $15 a share. It could be worth $.10 and CVSU/FHAL is going to pay them $14.90. That is not us. I really hope we do well on this and I really don't feel like getting bashed because of my opinion. I am quite sure that the majority of you guys have a ton more experience doing this than I do, but I see a lot of emotion creeping into some of these posts. I don't believe in letting emotion getting in the way of being smart. Greed will do everyone in.
