The play book was written 25 years ago and still has not changed. Check all of the other companies left in embers.

March 8, 2016 Compass Biotechnologies Inc., (OTC PINKSHEETS: COBI.PK): The Company expects to finalize the acquisition of EFS Audio and its Motion Sound product line by week's end, at which time, Mr. Shykora will be tendering his formal resignation, and will be appointing a new interim CEO.
