May not be that fast. I think as soon as the mining processing plant arrives in the Philippines, PPS will move up back to 0.001 or little over. Then, stay there until the plant is established on site. After the plant was placed on site and it is tried sucessfully, PPS will move to around 0.0015-0.002. After that, it will move again significantly when the first gold was yielded from the processing plant. PPS then will move between 0.002 - 0.015 range.
