So you have gained in the PPS, which is nice. Kudos on that. :)

When EQR announced the 8 dollar special, they also stated they will be doing another special later in the year (between 2 and 4 dollars) in case you are unaware of that. I can find that info for you if you need it.

Also - You WILL receive the next quarterly div of .5038 if you stay on board with the stock. That goes X march 22nd and you will still need to be an owner on that date if interested in that. You can, however, sell on the X date and still receive that when it is paid.
