Spell, I don't care how they get the gold or how its refined. This is just a small part of the overall operations. I don't care if they use Camels, elephants, or dog sleds to get that gold to its production plant.

If you look at the abandoned gold mines here in our country see what was left behind in the wake. Environmental damage for years and years. Streams, creeks that feed into our rivers.
The damage to fish and wildlife have been immeasurable. These tailing's if I am spelling this right gets into the underground water table. These contaminates are every bit a deadly as mercury.

Go to an internet sight on this subject and I am sure you will see pictures and descriptions of the impact from these mines.

Spell there are plenty of mining companies out there why do you insist on staying with something that you hate??
