No such thing as a low float here.

That is just a marketing gimmick for selling shares.

The float ALWAYS expands to fill the market space and is essentially INFINITE in size. TWO recent 1000:1 rs equals 1000000:1

The only winners here are those who successfully dump their super-discounted shares on the greedy gamblers who fall for the lies hoping to get rich...
