As far as being vindicated, I don't know what you stated that you think you were correct. Your biggest idea as stated in many posts was that the arbitration award included a monetary award for IDCC. For example this classic:

"I said I would bet my remaining kidney that it was the monetary award. "

Most posters believe that eventually IDCC and LG will likely negotiate a settlement, but if , and when it happens, that that doesn't mean you were correct in all the erroneous statements that you repeatedly made about what was happening.
