Exactly. For instance, ETRD is bidding .13, asking .16. Meaning you can sell shares to them for .13, or buy shares from them for .16. If you sell 1 share to them at .13, and I buy it at .16, they've made .03 - seems like not much, but multiply by hundreds of thousands of shares.
