Great post, very much from your heart and definitely an accurate synopsis. All I can say is we've been through the worse part of RXSF story. We are close to the financing imo and I think you'd be making a mistake to turn away now...perhaps give RXSF 1 more week and see how things go, we gotta be close to news.

Everything I say is in my opinion, do your own DD and make your decision wisely! Don't spend more then you can afford to lose!
